being guided by desire to promote voluntary interstate resettlement, and also to determine cross liabilities and responsibility of the parties by assistance to immigrants,

This agreement determines order of interaction of the Federal Migration Service of Russia and the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Kyrgyz Republic by ensuring resettlement of persons in accordance with the terms of Agreements between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic on regulation of process of resettlement and protection of the rights of immigrants, hereinafter referred to as "Agreement" of July 18, 1995.
In case of direct action of the provisions "Agreements" of the Party are guided by them without additional clauses.
The state of entrance independently determines procedure for recognition by immigrants of persons who addressed with the petition for resettlement.
