About introduction of amendments to article 80 of the Federal law "About Bases of Protection of Public Health in the Russian Federation"

Article 1

Bring in article 80 of the Federal Law of November 21, 2011 No. 323-FZ "About bases of protection of public health in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2011, No. 48, Art. 6724; 2013, No. 48, Art. 6165) following changes:

To add 1) with part 2.1 following of content:

"2.1. Marginal selling prices of producers on the medical products included in the list of the medical products implanted into human body approved by the Government of the Russian Federation in case of delivery of health care within the program of the state guarantees of free rendering medical care to citizens, the extreme sizes of wholesale allowances and the extreme sizes of retail allowances to the actual selling prices on the specified medical products are subject to state regulation and are determined according to the technique established by the Government of the Russian Federation.";

"2.2. The authorized federal executive body performing functions on control and supervision in the field of health protection, according to the procedure, established by the Government of the Russian Federation:

1) performs state registration or marginal re-registration of selling prices of producers on the medical products included in the list of the medical products implanted into human body approved by the Government of the Russian Federation in case of delivery of health care within the program of the state guarantees of free rendering medical care to citizens;
