1. Determine:
1) the licensor on implementation of medical and pharmaceutical activities local executive bodies of areas, the cities of republican value and the capital;
2) the bodies performing approval of licensing for medical and pharmaceutical activities, territorial subdivisions of Committee on consumer protection of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the corresponding territory.
2. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 27.07.2015 No. 592
3. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
