About modification and amendments in resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 30, 2008 No. 630 and of February 17, 2012 No. 156

1. Make changes and additions to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in Regulations on procedure for carrying out the state technical inspection of vehicles and their admission to participation in the traffic approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 30, 2008 No. 630 "About implementation of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 5, 2008 "About traffic" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 110, 5/27597; 2009, No. 131, 5/29780):
third Item 2 to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"the state technical inspection (further - state checkup) - set of the organizational and technical measures directed to non-admission to participation in traffic of vehicles, which are not conforming to requirements of the international legal documents concerning safety of wheel vehicles, pieces of the equipment and parts which can be established and used on wheel vehicles, to requirements of technical regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, obligatory for observance, in this sphere (further - TNPA);";
in item 4:
the second to exclude part;
third to consider part part two;
state Item 6 in the following edition:
"6. Frequency of carrying out state checkup is determined by effective period of permission to the admission of the vehicle to participation in traffic and the corresponding mark in the document (certificate) on passing of state checkup of the vehicle.";
