About entering of amendments and changes into resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 27, 2012 No. 1218 and of February 19, 2013 No. 117
Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Make additions and changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 27, 2012 No. 1218 "About some questions of rendering social services" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 11.01. 2013, 5/36756):
in Item 2:
after paragraph one to add Item with paragraphs of the following content:
"the means received by the public institutions of social servicing financed from republican and the corresponding local budgets from partial payment for rendering the social services in the form of stationary social servicing included in the list of free and public social services of public institutions of social servicing with regulations and standard rates of security of citizens with these services approved by this resolution are enlisted in the income republican and the corresponding local budgets on account of compensation for expenses of these budgets;
the means received by public institutions of social servicing from partial payment for rendering the social services included in the list of free and public social services of public institutions of social servicing with regulations and standard rates of security of citizens with these services approved by this resolution except for of the means specified in the paragraph the second this Item arrive on the current (settlement) accounts on accounting of extrabudgetary funds of public institutions of social servicing and after payment in accordance with the established procedure of taxes, charges (duties), other obligatory payments which are subject to payment in republican and local budgets, state non-budgetary funds, are used on development of material and technical resources, including on acquisition of the equipment and the materials necessary for rendering the specified services, implementation of additional payments of the stimulating nature and rendering financial support to workers;
the means received by public institutions of social servicing from sales of products, made in these organizations within medical labor activity, on classes in circles in interests and when holding actions for development of available labor skills of disabled people, arrive on the current (settlement) accounts on accounting of extrabudgetary funds of public institutions of social servicing, remain at their order and are used on development of material and technical resources, including on acquisition of the equipment and the materials necessary for development of medical labor activity on classes in circles in interests and when holding actions for development of available labor skills of disabled people, implementing additional payments of the stimulating nature and rendering financial support to workers;";
the second or fourth to consider paragraphs respectively paragraphs the fifth or seventh;
to be reworded as follows the list of free and public social services of public institutions of social servicing with regulations and standard rates of security of citizens with these services approved by this resolution it (is applied);
1.2. the list of the social services rendered by non-state non-profit organizations in the form of stationary social servicing, the state organizations (their structural divisions) which turnovers on realization in the territory of the Republic of Belarus are exempted from the value added tax, No. 117 approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 19, 2013 (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 22.02. 2013, 5/36914; 02:07. 2014, 5/39045) to be reworded as follows it (is applied).
2. To the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection in two-month time to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.
3. This resolution becomes effective in three months after its official publication, except for Item 2, of this resolution which is becoming effective from the date of official publication.
