Non-compliance by the boatmaster or the other person managing the vessel (including undersized) on sea transport, or the shipowner of measures for safety of navigation in the safety areas established around the artificial islands, installations and constructions located on the continental shelf of the Russian Federation -

attracts imposing of administrative penalty on citizens at the rate from hundred thousand to three hundred thousand rubles with deprivation of the right of control of the vessel for a period of up to three years; on officials - from three hundred thousand to five hundred thousand rubles; on legal entities - from five hundred thousand to one million rubles.

2. The same actions integrated to illegal hindrance to movement of courts of sea transport and (or) productive activity and (or) blocking of transport communications in the safety areas established around the artificial islands, installations and constructions located on the continental shelf of the Russian Federation -

attract imposing of administrative penalty on citizens at the rate from three hundred thousand to five hundred thousand rubles with confiscation of the tool of making of administrative offense or deprivation of the right of control of the vessel for a period of up to three years with confiscation of the tool of making of administrative offense; on officials - from five hundred thousand to one million rubles with confiscation of the tool of making of administrative offense; on legal entities - from three million to five million rubles with confiscation of the tool of making of administrative offense.";
