The executive committee of KTS of the CIS and Council of inter-parliamentary assembly of gosudarstvuchastnik of the CIS which are hereinafter referred to as with the Parties, being guided by the convention on Inter-parliamentary assembly of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States and the agreement on the principles of forming of general transport space and interaction of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States in the field of transport policy of October 9, 1997, confirming aspiration to strengthening and enhancement of process of integration at basis of harmonization of national legal systems of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States in the field of transport, signed this agreement as follows:

Article 1

1. For the purpose of harmonization of national regulatory legal acts to perform interaction in case of project development of model legal acts on questions:

- social and economic, political and another, infringing on interests of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States in the field of transport;

- directly belonging to field of activity of the Coordination transport meeting of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States.

2. If necessary to create advisory councils and working groups for project development of the model legal acts specified in item 1 of Article 1 of this agreement.

Article 2

1. Hold consultations during preparation of offers and recommendations the about questions submitted by the Parties for consideration of authorized bodies of the Commonwealth of Independent States and national parliaments of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States.

2. Communicate about enforcement and practical realization in the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States of decisions, and also model legal acts of Inter-parliamentary assembly of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States.
