Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of May 19, 1995 No. 82-FZ "About public associations" (The Russian Federation Code, 1995, No. 21, Art. 1930; 1998, No. 30, Art. 3608; 2002, No. 11, Art. 1018; No. 12, Art. 1093; No. 30, Art. 3029; 2006, No. 3, Art. 282; 2012, No. 30, Art. 4172) following changes:

Article 27 to add 1) with part five of the following content:

"The public association included in stipulated in Item the 10th article 13.1 of the Federal law "About Non-profit Organizations" in the register of the non-profit organizations performing functions of the foreign agent in case of the termination of activities by this public association as the non-profit organization performing functions of the foreign agent has the right to submit the application for exception of this public association of the specified register to federal body of state registration. The statement is constituted in the form approved according to Item 7.2 of article 32 of the Federal law "About Non-profit Organizations".";

2) in Article 38:
