Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of January 8, 1998 No. 7-FZ "About Judicial department under the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 1998, No. 2, Art. 223; 2004, No. 49, Art. 4842; 2008, No. 52, Art. 6229; 2009, No. 26, Art. 3124; No. 45, Art. 5264; 2011, No. 30, Art. 4588; 2012, No. 53, Art. 7590; 2014, No. 11, Art. 1094) following changes:

1) in Article 1:

a) in Item 1 of the word" (further - Judicial department)" to exclude;

b) add with Item 1.1 of the following content:

"1.1. The abbreviated name of Judicial department under the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation - Judicial department.";

2) in Article 5:

a) state the name in the following edition:

"Article 5. Financing of the courts, magistrate judges, bodies of judicial community and system of Judicial department";

b) state Item 1 in the following edition:

"1. Financing of federal courts, magistrate judges, bodies of judicial community, bodies and organizations of Judicial department is performed by Judicial department within budgetary appropriations of the federal budget.";

3) in Item 1 of Article 6:
