Distribution of outdoor advertizing on the objects of cultural heritage (historical and cultural monuments) of the people of the Russian Federation included in the unified state register of objects of cultural heritage (historical and cultural monuments) of the people of the Russian Federation, their territories is allowed in cases and on conditions which are provided by the Federal Law of June 25, 2002 No. 73-FZ "About objects of cultural heritage (historical and cultural monuments) of the people of the Russian Federation", with observance of the requirements to advertizing and its distribution established by this Federal Law.";
