Article 1

1) Article 8 to add with part 1.2 following of content:

"1.2. In case of consideration of the application about the order the territorial authority of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation has the right to check the fact of issue of the submitted documents by the direction of requests in relevant organs. The specified requests of territorial authority of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation are subject to consideration by relevant organs in chetyrnadtsatidnevny time from the date of their receipt.";

2) in part 7 of Article 10:

a) declare Item 2 invalid;

b) add Item 3 with words ", performing the activities at least three years from the date of state registration".

Article 2

Action of provisions of part 7 of article 10 of the Federal Law of December 29, 2006 No. 256-FZ "About additional measures of the state support of the families having children" (in edition of this Federal Law) does not extend to the persons having the right to additional measures of the state support, who signed the loan agreement on acquisition (construction) of premises with the microfinancial organizations and credit consumer cooperatives before day of entry into force of this Federal Law.
