No. 78-81, 199), with subsequent changes and amendments, DECIDES: Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova

1. In the Instruction about procedure for creation and submission of reports by banks in the prudential purposes approved by Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova No. 279 of December 1, 2011. (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2011, Art. No. 216-221, 2008), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:

1) In all text:

a) the words "commemorative and anniversary coins" shall be replaced with words "commemorative and anniversary banknotes and coins" in the corresponding case;

b) "cash cards" shall be replaced with words words "payment cards";

c) exclude numbers "1035" and "2035";

2) In Item 1, in the subitem k) words of "business entities" shall be replaced with words "legal entities", and at the end to add with subitems s), t) and u) the following content:
