2. Determine that since January 1, 2015:
when rendering the state services to subjects of entrepreneurship in the presence of their address about rendering these services the state bodies and other organizations rendering the state services independently obtain the necessary documents and information which are available in other state bodies and the organizations by means of information exchange, including in electronic form;
state bodies and other organizations in which there are entrepreneurships, necessary for rendering the state services to subjects, documents and information shall submit such documents and information (except for the archive references) within one working day from the moment of receipt of the corresponding interdepartmental request from the state bodies and other organizations rendering the state services;
non-presentation or untimely representation on interdepartmental request of the state services of documents, necessary for rendering, and information by state bodies or other organizations in which there are these documents and information cannot be the basis for refusal in rendering the state service to the subject of entrepreneurship;
