1. Approve rate for the electrical energy made from renewable energy resources (solar energy) of OOO "Colizei Vechi" in photovoltaic installation by capacity of 100 kW - in the amount of leu/kWh 1,88 (excluding VAT).
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication.
