About modification of Article 186-1 of the Land code of Ukraine concerning simplification of reconciliation procedure of the project of land management

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Article 186-1 of the Land code of Ukraine (2002, Art. No. 3-4, 27) to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with part eight of the following content:

"8. In the conclusion about refusal of approval of the project of land management on withdrawal of the parcel of land by the bodies specified in parts one - third this Article, the exhaustive list of shortcomings of the project of land management on withdrawal of the parcel of land and reasonable time for elimination of such shortcomings shall be provided (which at written request of developer of the project can be prolonged).

By the bodies specified in parts one - third this Article, it can be refused approval of the project of land management on withdrawal of the parcel of land only if defects on which it was noted in pre-trial detention are not eliminated. It is impossible to refuse approval of the project of land management on withdrawal of the parcel of land for other reasons or to specify other shortcomings.

The repeated refusal does not deprive of the right of developer of the project of land management on withdrawal of the parcel of land to eliminate defects of the project and its tax on approval".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine within a month from the date of entry into force of this Law:

bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;

provide review and reduction of their regulatory legal acts by the relevant central executive bodies in compliance with this Law.
