About modification of the Budget code of Ukraine

I. Bring in the Budget code of Ukraine (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2010, Art. No. 50-51, 572) the following changes:

"In case of the expected exceeding of this extreme size the local financial body instantly addresses to the Verkhovna Rada of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the relevant city council behind permission to temporary exceeding of such extreme size and represents for approval the actions plan on reduction of such total amount of debt to compliance with provisions of this Code on condition of preliminary approval of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine".

2. The second Article 55 to add part with the paragraph of the following content:

"Fee on protection of the state (utility) cultural institutions".

3. In Article 87 part one:

The subitem "an" of Item 7 to state 1) in the following edition:

"a) general secondary education:

comprehensive specialized schools (boarding schools), lyceum (gymnasium) - nursing home) state-owned property according to the list determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine;

comprehensive schools of social resettlement";
