About entering of amendment into the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About non-tax payments"

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About non-tax payments" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1994, Art. No. 5 157) the following amendment:
to add part 1 of Article 19-3 with the paragraph of the following content:
"The specialized organizations of local government bodies, authorized to provide settlements with drinking water, are not payers of contributions to parts of the received proceeds from sales of drinking water to the population.".
To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law.
This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
