a) owning land share to 2 hectares, - monthly in the amount of 0,5 of the percent estimated from the size of the average monthly salary which developed in areas and the cities of the republic for the previous calendar year with step-by-step finishing rate of rate by 2024 to the level of 4 percent:
- from January 1, 2015 to December 31, 2016 - percent 0,5 from the size of the average monthly salary;
- from January 1, 2017 to December 31, 2018 - 1 percent from the size of the average monthly salary;
- from January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2020 - percent 1,5 from the size of the average monthly salary;
- from January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021 - 2 percent from the size of the average monthly salary;
- from January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022 - percent 2,5 from the size of the average monthly salary;
- from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023 - 3 percent from the size of the average monthly salary;
- since January 1, 2024 and further - 4 percent from the size of the average monthly salary;
