About introduction of amendments and changes in some legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic

Article 1.

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About procedure for consideration of addresses of citizens" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2007, No. 5, the Art. 458) the following amendments and change:

1. In Article 8:

to add part 2 after figures "14" with the word of "workers";

to add part 3 after figures "30" with the word of "calendar";

2. State Article 16 in the following edition:

"Article 16. Responsibility for violation of the legislation on addresses of citizens

Responsibility for non-execution of this Law by officials of state bodies is conferred on the head, and in case of its absence - on the secretary of state or the deputy manager, or the chief of staff of the relevant state body.

Responsibility for non-execution of this Law by officials of local government bodies is conferred on the head, and in case of its absence - on the deputy manager of local government body.".

This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
