About modification and amendments in Rules of rendering services of special communication
Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the Rules of rendering services of special communication approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 10, 2014 No. 563 (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 14.06. 2014, 5/38985), following change and amendment:
1.1. state Item 17 in the following edition:
"17. The amount of the announced value of special departure is specified the sender in the register acceptance of special departures (further - the register) according to actual value of the sent investment.";
1.2. add Item 46 with part three of the following content:
"When sending sending with the announced value with investment of precious metals and gemstones, and also products from them the sender in the register number of the consignment note is specified. The sender shall show to the worker of special communication the corresponding consignment note specified in the register for reconciliation of the amounts of actual value of goods with the amounts of the announced value of special departures. In case of discrepancy of the data on cost of the sent investment specified in the consignment note and the register special departure is not subject to acceptance.".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
