About modification of article 46 of the Law of Ukraine "About prosecutor's office" concerning conditions for involvement of specialists

1. "About prosecutor's office" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1991, No. 53, Art. 793 with subsequent changes) to add article 46 of the Law of Ukraine with part twelve of the following content:

"In exceptional cases the Attorney-General of Ukraine for the benefit of ensuring proper implementation of functions of prosecutor's office can make, on condition of proper reasons, the decision on appointment to positions of the first deputy, the deputy attorney general of Ukraine, their senior assistants and assistants, prosecutors of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol, specialized prosecutor's offices (as regional), their first deputies, deputies, interdistrict prosecutors, prosecutors of the cities, areas, areas in the cities and the specialized prosecutor's offices equated to them, their first deputies and deputies, chiefs of head departments, managements, departments of prosecutor's offices, their first deputies, deputies, the senior prosecutors and prosecutors of prosecutor's offices of all levels of persons of young age, than it is provided by this Article and which have no the length of service provided by this Article in bodies of prosecutor's office or on judicial positions, but have the corresponding length of service in the field of the right".
