About modification of the Regulations on federal state supervision of activities of non-profit organizations

Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Regulations on federal state supervision of activities of non-profit organizations approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 11, 2012 No. 705 "About approval of the Regulations on federal state supervision of activities of non-profit organizations" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 29, the Art. 4130).

Changes which are made to Regulations on federal state supervision of activities of non-profit organizations

1. The paragraph one of Item 5 after words "The Federal Law "About Non-profit Organizations" adds with the words "and other Federal Laws".

2. Add Item 11 with the subitem "p" of the following content:

"o) include in the register of the non-profit organizations performing functions of the foreign agent, stipulated in Item the 10th article 13.1 of the Federal law "About Non-profit Organizations", the non-profit organization performing activities as the non-profit organization performing functions of the foreign agent which did not submit the application for inclusion it to the specified register.".
