1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of Rules of turnover, and also cold weapon in the state paramilitary organizations and special services of the Kyrgyz Republic" of October 31, 2006 No. 756 the following change and amendments:

- in Rules of turnover of military person-portable small arms, ammunition to it, and also cold weapon in the state paramilitary organizations and special services approved by the above-stated resolution:

"2. The state paramilitary organization or special service has the right:

a) transfer the firearms which are armed at it and ammunition to it, and also cold weapon of other state paramilitary organization or the special service which is resident of the Kyrgyz Republic.
