being guided by regulations of the Contract between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tajikistan on the status and conditions of stay of the Russian military base in the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan of April 16, 1999 (further - the Agreement of 1999),

considering the Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan on structure and organizational and regular structure of the Russian military base in the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan of October 16, 2004,

agreed as follows:

Article 1

For the purposes of this agreement the used concepts mean the following:

"personal estate" - the property which is in use of the Russian military base, including all types of arms and military equipment, and also other appliances;

"the Russian military base" - the military forming of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation which are in the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan with arms, military equipment and necessary inventories of appliances occupying the parcels of land which borders are determined by the free standing agreement

"military forming of the Russian military base" ("military forming") - connections, the military units, divisions, the companies, organizations and other forming of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation which are in the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan and being part of the Russian military base.

Article 2

For the purposes of this agreement authorized bodies of the Parties are:

from the Russian Side - the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation;
