About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine on cancellation of import licensing of active pharmaceutical ingredients

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:

1) the first offer of part one of article 17 of the Law of Ukraine "About medicines" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1996, No. 22, Art. 86; 2013, 23, the Art. 225) after words of "the import license of medicines" to add No. with words "(except AFI)";

Part the second article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "About licensing of certain types of economic activity" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2000, No. 36, of Art. 299 with subsequent changes) after words of "import of medicines" to add 2) with words "(except import of active pharmaceutical ingredients)";

3) Item 2 of the Section II "Final provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning import licensing of medicines and determination of the term "active pharmaceutical ingredient" (2013, No. 23, the Art. 225) to exclude sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.

2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
