Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 27, 2014 No. 1563 "About measures for implementation of the Federal Law "About the Federal Budget for 2015 and for Planning Period of 2016 and 2017" (The Russian Federation Code, 2015, No. 1, the Art. 316).

Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 27, 2014 No. 1563

1. In paragraph one of Item 19 of the word "in Item 18" shall be replaced with words "in Items 18 and 29 (1)".

2. In paragraph one of Item 21 of the word "Provisions of Items 19 and 20" shall be replaced with words "Provisions of Items 19, 20 and 29".

3. Add with Item 24 (1) the following content:

"24(1). Determine that receivers of means of the federal budget in case of the conclusion of agreements (public contracts) about delivery of goods, performance of works and rendering services within the corresponding limits of budget obligations finished by it in accordance with the established procedure have the right to provide advance payments under agreements (public contracts) on delivery of goods, performance of works and rendering services (except for agreements (public contracts) which conditions provide the obligation on performance of works (rendering services), their stages lasting no more than one month after payment of the agreement (public contract), stage of its execution) from 30 to 80 percent of the amount of the agreement (public contract), but no more than 80 percent of limits of the budget obligations finished for the corresponding financial year by the corresponding code of budget classification of the Russian Federation if other is not established by the Federal Laws and regulatory legal acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.
