About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning enhancement of procedure for passing of military service and questions of social protection of citizens of Ukraine which take place military service during the special period

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In Article 119 of the Labor code of Ukraine (The sheet of the Supreme Council of USSR, 1971, appendix to No. 50, the Art. 375):

third after the words "for the special period" to add part with the words "or accepted on military service under the contract in case of crisis situation, the menacing homeland security, the announcement of the decision on carrying out mobilization and (or) introduction of warlike situation for a period of up to the end of the special period or to the announcement of the decision on demobilization";

add with part four of the following content:

"For workers who were called during mobilization for the special period and are subject to dismissal from military service in connection with the announcement of demobilization, but continue military service in connection with acceptance on military service under the contract, the place of employment (position), average earnings at the company, in organization, the organization irrespective of subordination and pattern of ownership, more than for one year remain".

2. Article 335 of the Criminal code of Ukraine (2001, 131) to state sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to Art. No. 25-26, in the following edition:

"Article 335. Draft evasion on compulsory military service, military service of faces of officers

Draft evasion on compulsory military service, military service of faces of officers -

it is punished by restriction of freedom for a period of up to three years".
