The government DECIDES:

1. Approve the Technical concept of the Automated information system "State Register of Animals" it (is applied).

2. To provide to the national agency on safety of foodstuff and public organization "Republican Veterinary and Diagnostic Center" within the powers conferred to them realization of provisions of the Concept of the Automated information system "State Register of Animals", and also effective and continued operation of the Automated information system "State Register of Animals".
