Article 1

Article 2

This agreement is temporarily applied from the date of its signing, becomes effective from the date of the notification of each of the Parties on accomplishment of necessary interstate procedures and will remain in force before cancellation of the Contract between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tajikistan about the status and conditions of stay of the Russian military base in the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan of April 16, 1999.
