- provide to the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic and the relevant electro-, warm, gas supplying companies, and also production operational the Bishkekvodokanal company the complete inundated list of subordinated organizations, with indication of the set limit.

3. To local government bodies (under approval), to local public administrations, in time and procedure, determined by Item 2 of this resolution to distribute and bring limit of consumption of electrical, heat energy, natural gas, water and withdrawal of drains to the state-financed organizations financed from the local budget.
