The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
1. In article 346 of the Tax Code of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2011, Art. No. No. 13-17, 112):
in Item 346.1 of the word "the Law of Ukraine "On obligatory national social insurance from labor accident and the occupational disease which entailed disability" shall be replaced with words "the legislation on obligatory national social insurance";
in Items 346.2-346.4 of the word of "Social Insurance Fund from accidents" shall be replaced with words "Social Insurance Fund of Ukraine".
2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
