About some questions of anti-corruption

1. To heads of federal state bodies, state corporations (companies), funds and other organizations created by the Russian Federation based on the Federal Laws:

a) provide in 3-month time development and approval of lists of the positions provided by the subitem "i" of Item 1 of part 1 of article 2 of the Federal Law of May 7, 2013 No. 79-FZ "About prohibition to separate categories of persons to discover and have accounts (deposits), to store cash and values in the foreign banks located outside the territory of the Russian Federation, to own and use foreign financial instruments" (further - the Federal Law "About Prohibition to Separate Categories of Persons to Open and Have Accounts (Deposits), to Store Cash and Values in the Foreign Banks Located outside the Territory of the Russian Federation, to Own and Use Foreign Financial Instruments");

b) in case of development of lists of the positions specified in the subitem "an" of this Item to recognize that the positions satisfying to one of the following criteria are subject to obligatory inclusion in the corresponding list:

the positions of Federal public civil service carried to the highest group of positions;

fulfillment of duties on position provides the admission to data of special importance.
