Rules of determination of the price of the parcel of land which is in federal property in case of the conclusion of the purchase and sale agreement of such parcel of land without tendering

1. These rules establish procedure for determination of the price of the parcel of land which is in federal property (further - the parcel of land), in case of the conclusion of the purchase and sale agreement of the parcel of land without tendering.

2. The price of the parcel of land is determined in the amount of its cadastral cost, except as specified, of the these rules provided by Items 3 and 4.

3. The price of the parcel of land is determined in the amount of 60 percent of its cadastral cost in case of sale:

a) the parcel of land provided for maintaining personal subsidiary farm, gardening, garage construction for own needs or individual housing construction, to the citizen who is the owner of the building or the construction built according to the permitted use of the parcel of land and located on the acquired parcel of land;

b) the parcel of land provided to the legal entity - to the owner of the building or the construction which are objects of federal or regional importance and located on the acquired parcel of land.
