1.2 In the activities the Commission is guided by the Constitution of Turkmenistan, the Civil code of Turkmenistan of Saparmurat Turkmenbasha, the Patent legislation of Turkmenistan, other laws and regulatory legal acts of Turkmenistan, international conventions, Contracts and agreements in the field of protection of industrial property which participant is Turkmenistan, regulating documents of Patent management, Regulations on the Appeal patent commission (further - the Provision) and this Procedure for consideration of objections and statements (further - the Procedure).
