About entering of amendments and changes into the resolution of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus of December 28, 2012 No. 73

Based on subitem 7.4 of Item 7 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 29, 2006 No. 756 "About some questions of the Ministry of Emergency Situations" the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in Rules on safety of transportation of dangerous goods by rail on the territories of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus of December 28, 2012 No. 73 (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 19.03. 2013, 8/26797), following amendments and changes:

1.1. add Item 2 with part of the following content:

"Movement of dangerous goods on the territories of the Republic of Belarus, including import, export, transit, is performed with observance of the rationing arrangements established by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus, the Customs union and (or) Eurasian Economic Union.";

1.2. exclude Chapter 17;

1.3. add Item 46 with the paragraph of the following content:

"sign the agreement of obligatory civil liability insurance of carrier in transit of dangerous goods.";

1.4. in Item 326 of the word "The basic health regulations of ensuring radiation safety (OSP-2002), approved by the resolution of the Chief state health officer of the Republic of Belarus of February 22, 2002 No. 6 (2002, No. 35, 8/7859)" to exclude the national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus;
