2. Duties on application for the invention, industrial design, registration of the trademark, on introduction at the initiative of the applicant of corrections and amendments are paid to request materials, change of formula of the invention in accordance with the established procedure by transfer of the corresponding amounts into the settlement or currency account of Patent authority under the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan (Turkmenpatent is referred to as). The document confirming payment of duty is submitted in Turkmenpatent together with the request and materials.

H. The document confirming payment of duty on prolongation of term of reply to the request of Turkmenpatent, for giving in the appeal commission of Turkmenpatent (in further the appeal commission hereinafter is referred to as) objections, for recovery of the passed term, is provided together with the corresponding petition.

4. Duties on patent grant (the temporary patent) on registration of the trademark and issue of the certificate on it it is paid to Turkmenpatent within two months, since day of receipt by the applicant of the decision on patent grant (the temporary patent) and registration of the trademark.

5. The document confirming payment of duty on registration of the license agreement, agreement on patent concession (temporary patent), certificates on the trademark for modification of the license agreement, is submitted in Turkmenpatent together with the petition for carrying out legally significant actions.
