About implementation of the state external borrowings in 2015
For the purpose of accomplishment of the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2015" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Perform the state external borrowings in 2015 by attraction of loan.
2. Approve Conditions of implementation of the state external borrowings in 2015 by attraction of loan which are applied.
3. To provide to the Minister of Finance of Natalya Yaresko attraction of loan in accordance with the terms, approved by this resolution, the conclusions of the relevant agreement and signing of other documents connected with its attraction.
4. To the Ministry of Finance to provide in time of creation of the draft of the Government budget of Ukraine for the corresponding year of means for repayment and servicing of the state external borrowings performed in connection therewith by the resolution.

1. The state external borrowings are performed in 2015 by attraction of loan, not exceeding 200 million Canadian dollars, in the limits provided by the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2015" (further - the loan).
2. On the main loan amount the income at the rate not higher than 3 annual interest rates is charged.
The one-time commission constitutes 0,15 of percent of the main loan amount, namely 300 thousand Canadian dollars.
3. Interest income on loan is paid every half-year.
4. Repayment of loan is performed not later than in five years after its attraction.
5. Repayment and servicing of loan is performed at the expense of the means provided by the law on the Government budget of Ukraine for the corresponding year.
