1) in Article 15.25:

a) state part 6.4 in the following edition:

"6.4. Repeated making of the administrative offense provided by part 6 of this Article, except as specified repeated making of the administrative offense expressed in non-compliance with established procedure of submission of reports on movement of means on accounts (deposits) in banks outside the territory of the Russian Federation with the supporting bank documents -

attracts imposing of administrative penalty on officials at the rate from twelve thousand to fifteen thousand rubles; on legal entities - from hundred twenty thousand to hundred fifty thousand rubles.";

b) add with part 6.5 following of content:

"6.5. Repeated making of the administrative offense provided by part 6 of this Article, expressed in non-compliance with established procedure of submission of reports on movement of means on accounts (deposits) in banks outside the territory of the Russian Federation with the supporting bank documents -

attracts imposing of administrative penalty on officials at the rate from thirty thousand to forty thousand rubles; on legal entities - from four hundred thousand to six hundred thousand rubles.";

Part 2 of Article 23.60 to add 2) with Item 2.1 of the following content:

"2. 1) heads of structural divisions of the federal executive body authorized in the field of currency exchange control, their deputies;".
