1) in Article 42:
a) in part two:
add Item 14 with words ", and also in the cases provided by this Code to participate in judicial session by consideration by court of the questions connected with execution of sentence";
state Item 21.1 in the following edition:
"21. 1) based on the resolution, determinations of the court accepted according to the petition of the victim, his legal representative, representative declared before the end of debate of the parties to obtain information on arrival of the serving sentence condemned to imprisonment to the place, including when moving from one correctional facility to another, about departures of the organization condemned for limits performing custodial sanction about time of release of the convict from places of detention, and also to be the court of the questions of release of the convict from punishment, of delay of execution of sentence or of replacement to the convict of unexpired part of punishment with softer type of punishment connected with execution of sentence informed on consideration;";
b) add with part pyatoy.1 the following content:
