About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About environmental protection"

In article 71 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About environmental protection" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 1999, No. 8, Article 472; 2001 No. 3, Article 148; 2002 No. 5, Article 238; 2003, No. 4, Article 178; 2004, No. 2, Article 57, No. 4, Article 201; 2008 No. 2, Article 47; 2009, No. 10, Article 769; 2013, No. 3, Article 209; 2014, No. 4, Article 338) to make the following changes:
1. Regarding 1 after the words "relevant organs of the executive authority" to add with words "according to requirements of this Law and the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "On regulation performed in the field of entrepreneurships and protection of interests of entrepreneurs".
2. Regarding 2 words "Officials" shall be replaced with words "Relevant organs of the executive authority".
3. In Item 2.1 after words of "official ID" to add with words ", and for access to objects of the legal entities and physical persons which are engaged in business activity as well the copy of the decision on conducting check and the statement about registration of check in the unified information register of the checks which are carried out in the field of entrepreneurship".
4. Regarding 3 words "decisions of the officials exercising … control" shall be replaced with words "the decisions made in connection with implementation … control".
