This Law is directed to identification, the prevention and mitigation of consequences of corruption offenses, protection of social justice, rights and freedoms of man and citizen, creating favorable conditions for development of economy, law enforcement, transparency and efficiency of activities of state bodies, local government bodies, the legal entities who are in the state-owned or municipal property or controlling stocks (shares) of which are owned by the state or the municipality, public legal entities and state-financed organizations (further – bodies (organizations)), and also officials.
This Law is also directed to building confidence of the population in bodies (organizations), encouragement of professional personnel in revenues to service (work) in bodies (organizations), creation of the conditions excluding making by specified persons of corruption offenses.
1.1. The basic concepts used in this Law have the following values:
1.1.1.
