In the Order of the Government No. 583 of May 26, 2006. "About approval of the Charter of serving sentence by prisoners" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2006, Art. No. 91-94, 676), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:

to state introductory part of the Resolution in the following edition:

"Based on article 195 of the Executive code of the Republic of Moldova No. 443-XV of December 24, 2004 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, Art. No. 214-220, 704), with subsequent changes and amendments";

in the Charter of serving sentence by prisoners:
