About introduction of amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine concerning officials of monitoring bodies
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in the Tax code of Ukraine (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2011, No. No. 13-17, of the Art. 112) the following changes:
Item 344.1 of Article 344 to add 1) with the paragraph third the following content:
"To officials of monitoring bodies during work in these bodies of pension, appointed according to the legislation, are not paid";
Items 346.2-346.4 of Article 346 to exclude 2).
2. This Law becomes effective since April 1, 2015 and is effective till December 31, 2015 inclusive.
