About modification of the Customs code of Ukraine concerning officials of bodies of the income and charges
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in the Customs code of Ukraine (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2012, No. No. 44-48, of the Art. 552) the following changes:
Part one of Article 588 to add 1) with the paragraph third the following content:
"The pensions granted according to the legislation are not paid to officials of bodies of the income and charges during work in such bodies";
Parts the second - the fourth Article 590 to exclude 2).
2. This Law becomes effective since April 1, 2015 and is effective till December 31, 2015 inclusive.
