About entering of amendment into Article 58 of Regulations of the Parliament accepted by the Law No. 797-XIII of April 2, 1996

Article 58 of Regulations of the Parliament accepted by the Law No. 797-XIII of April 2, 1996 (repeated publication: 2007, No. 50, the Art. 237), with subsequent changes to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with parts (3), (4), (5) and (6) the following content:

"(3) After provided by part (1) Article 59 and part (Articles of 65 terms of submission of amendments the responsible permanent commission transfers 2) to the Government for making the conclusion of the amendment to them which as it is determined by the commission, involve increase or reducing budget incomes or loans, and also increase or reducing budgeted expenses.

(4) the Government represents to Parliament the conclusion on the amendments specified in part (2), no later than 15 working days from the date of receipt of the appeal of the responsible permanent commission in time.

(5) in case of passing of drafts of legal acts in urgent or priority procedure the term to which it is required to provide the conclusion of the Government is specified in the appeal of the responsible permanent commission.

(6) Consideration by the responsible permanent commission at the meetings of drafts of legal acts to which the amendments involving increase or reducing budget incomes or loans, and also increase or reducing budgeted expenses are provided is not allowed before the expiration of the terms specified in parts (4) and (5).".
