1. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of June 15, 2004 No. 301 "About approval of the Procedure for the organization and conducting examination and approval of the specifications and technical documentation on production of medicines", No. 852/9451 registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 8, 2004.

2. (L. Konoshevich) in accordance with the established procedure to provide to management of pharmaceutical activities and quality of pharmaceutical products submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister N. Lisnevskaya.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
