About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning strengthening of social protection of internally displaced persons

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:

1. In the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory national social insurance on unemployment case" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2000, No. 22, Art. 171 with subsequent changes):

1) in Article 7 part two:

to state the paragraph of the seventh in the following edition:

"Provision of the voucher for maintenance of competitiveness of some categories of citizens by retraining, specialization, advanced training by professions and specialties for priority types of economic activity according to article 30 of the Law of Ukraine "About employment of the population";

after the paragraph of the seventh to add with the new paragraph of the following content:

"Implementation of measures of assistance of employment of internally displaced persons according to article 24-1 of the Law of Ukraine "About employment of the population".

With respect thereto paragraphs of the eighth - to consider the eleventh respectively paragraphs the ninth - the twelfth;

2) in Article 22:

to add part one after the paragraph of the fifth with the new paragraph of the following content:

"Employment periods in temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine or in areas of conducting anti-terrorist operation, according to the State register of obligatory national social insurance are not confirmed by payment of single fee".

With respect thereto to consider the paragraph of the sixth the paragraph the seventh;

the second after words of "this Law" to add part with words "persons specified in paragraph three of part four of article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "About providing the rights and freedoms of internally displaced persons";

the paragraph one of part four after words of "this Law" to add with words "and the paragraph third parts four of article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "About providing the rights and freedoms of internally displaced persons";

3) in Article 23:
