1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 31, 2006 No. 973 "Questions of the Ministry of Architecture of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 127, 5/22692; 2011, No. 73, 5/34027; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 29.01.2013, 5/36822; 15:04. 2014, 5/38697) following changes and amendment:
1.1. 32, of 78, 116 and 117 to exclude Items from appendix 1 to the Regulations on the Ministry of Architecture of the Republic of Belarus approved by this resolution;
1.2. in the list of the state organizations subordinated to the Ministry of Architecture of the Republic of Belarus, approved by this resolution:
exclude Item 8;
add the list with Item 36 of the following content:
"36. Republican production and trade unitary enterprise "Managing Company of Belarusian Cement Company Holding.
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
