Approve the Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget on replenishment of current assets or increase in authorized capital of the coal-mining companies for repayment of overdue debt for the salary to workers formed for January 1, 2015 which is applied.

1. This Procedure determines the mechanism of use of the means provided in the government budget according to the "Replenishment of Current Assets or Increase in Authorized Capitals of the Coal-mining Companies for Repayment of Overdue Debt for the Salary to Workers Formed for January 1, 2015" program (further - budgetary funds).
2. The main manager of budgetary funds and the executive in charge of the budget program is the Ministry of Energy and Coal Mining.
Receivers of budgetary funds are the state coal-mining companies and economic societies which 100 percent of shares belong to the state, registered and performing activities in the territory in which public authorities perform in full the powers (further - the coal-mining companies).
3. Budgetary funds are allocated to the coal-mining companies on irretrievable basis.
