Article 1. Bring in the Air code of the Republic of Tajikistan of November 13, 1998 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 1998, No. 23-24, of Art. 342; 2005, No. 12, Art. 631; 2007, No. 7, Art. 685; 2008, No. 10, Art. 806; 2011, No. 12, Art. 839; 2013, No. 7, Art. 506) following changes and amendments:

Article 129. International cooperation in the field of use of airspace of the Republic of Tajikistan

International cooperation in the field of use of airspace of the Republic of Tajikistan is performed according to the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan and the international legal acts recognized by Tajikistan.

Article 130. Responsibility for violation of requirements of this Code

Physical persons and legal entities are made for violation of requirements of this Code responsible according to the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan.".
